Biography
Anna Falcon is a 20-year leader in customer engagement and enterprise transformation. As Vice President of Customer Engagement Practice at MCA Connect, she guides manufacturing and distribution organizations in modernizing how they connect with customers through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has advised organizations on CRM–ERP integration, customer data unification, and proactive engagement models grounded in observable behavior. Prior to MCA Connect, Anna held leadership roles at EY and Root16 and led operations and special projects for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where she earned both a Board of Directors leadership award and special recognition for her work on a major enterprise ERP conversion.
