Biography

Shane Hackney is Managing Director of Business Applications Sales at MCA Connect.

Shane first joined MCA Connect in 2017, managing technology initiatives for key clients. After serving in sales leadership roles at NetApp and Highstreet IT Solutions, where he was instrumental in closing some of the first Oracle ERP Cloud deals, he returned to MCA Connect in 2021.

Shane previously held leadership positions across multiple consulting firms, including Io Consulting, Lawson Software, and Microsoft partners. His expertise spans business applications, ERP modernization, managed services, and sales enablement.

A believer in leading with integrity and energy, Shane’s leadership philosophy emphasizes resilience, collaboration, and creating long-term value for clients.

Shane holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Computer Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holder.
